The cord on machine was not connected and won’t connect. Receiver of machine didn’t tell me until it was too late to return. How do I get it repaired? I will need to challenge the charge on my credit card if I don’t get information on how to return or get refund!!

I bought this for when I’m working on the computer for long hours hoping that I could just keep my legs moving. This is very very slow. I suppose for someone maybe much older or with mobile restrictions this would be good, especially if you were limited on walking, etc. But for me, this is too slow. Unfortunately it was too late for me to return it on time.
