Gina Ann Hines –
I just received this today and have only used it a little bit, but my initial impression is favorable.
It arrives assembled. All you need to do is screw in the tension nob. The box also contained a non-slip mat and a strap for securing the unit to a chair.
The device is quiet, almost silent. I barely hear any sound from it at all. It’s easy to tighten or loosen the tension nob.
I wear a women’s 12 in sneakers, and my feet fit into the pedals just fine.

I was pleased with how sturdy this model was because I had read other comments about other models that said those were flimsy and unstable. This has wide heavy footings and seems balanced. Pedals are wide enough apart to not make me feel like I’m knocking my knees together while pedaling. I was also very impressed that it came with a nonslip pad to put under it if needed, a strap to strap it securely to your chair if you’d like that keeps it from slipping and a spare tightening knob. I feel it was a great value for the money.

Never have I had the need to write a negative review. I unboxed the item, the legs had some reddish/pink sticky marks scattered on it. Was kinda gross. Worst of all, the counter stopped working after only 20 minutes of use. Less than an hour of use???? I tried resetting the counter, It is still not picking up my movements. Remaining at ZERO. I had some hope… 🙁

I purchased this for my elderly mother who needs it for therapy and she loves it. Is to set up an use.

It arrived broken, but the hassle of return/exchange is horrid so I’ll keep it since I only need it to last four months…fingers crossed it does.
Pro’s:
• It’s affordable
• Just unfold to set up
• Comes with slip mat and it does work well
Con’s:
• Cheaply made/material
• Resistance knob resists at first I’ve had it a day and used it twice and it’s been stripped. They used a plastic piece and the heat from the rotations is too much for it.
• Metal at the center heats up after using for just two minutes.
• Screen with info looks wonky after it heats up and has like a gray/black haze to it but I don’t need that part, but you others might.
Overall if you won’t be using it often it’ll be okay. I don’t think it’s made for everyday or constant use (which is what I was looking for).
I would splurge and get a good quality one.

I’m 72 and don’t get enough walking done. This is surprisingly useful even at a low resistance level. Something about keeping the legs moving which both exercises all the major leg muscles (even without much resistance) and clears out the fluids in the lower legs, which tends to cause leg swelling in older, inactive persons. I’m dieting and notice the effect of this stationary pedaling, even with little resistance, on my weight loss days. To increase resistance, I sometimes use ankle weights.

I’ve been using this device for a few days and it’s exactly what I needed! I work from home and sit at a desk for 8+ hours, so I needed a new way to increase my physical activity.
Pros:
– Compact
– Quiet
– Can be used almost anywhere
– Counts calories, time, rotations per minute, and total revolutions.
– Saves your workout info until you reset it. It will be saved even when the screen turns off after 4 minutes of no exercise.
– Comes with adhesive loops to prevent the device from walking away.
Cons:
– Pedaling was a bit jerky/ not smooth at first but tightening the tension knob helps.
– My knees do hit my desk. Scooting back in my chair did improve this issue.

It comes fully assembled and is easy to use. I’ve used it for about a month and really enjoyed the ease of use. It has started to squeak though when I use it and that has turned me off from using it as often as I would like.
